Hello! Welcome to “Let Me Educate You”, the blog where I talk about absolutely anything I want, probably unrelated to the next thing I post. Before we begin, I’ll tell you a bit about myself.

My name is Lilith French, I’m from Maryland, and my favorite food is cheese. At some point in this website’s future, I’ll probably do a cheese review. In fact, I’ll probably do more than one. I enjoy comic books, reading, politics, listening to my dad speak, meeting new people, and more than anything else: writing. In the future, I hope to be a journalist. To write all day and all night. It seems like a generally challenging job, but nothing I can’t handle.

I was born to unmarried parents in 2007. My mother, Ms. Kathleen French was also a writer. She instead of articles wrote books. As this is being written, she has one published book. A children’s story called “Foxy the Fox and the Unexpected Treasure”. Unfortunately, my mother passed away in 2017 due to a fatal car accident on my tenth birthday. Tragic, yes, of course. But I try to make the best of my life now and do right by her. She always supported my passion for writing, and I think she’d like what I’m doing with myself these days.

I’m engaged in rock climbing on weekends, learning through my father how to throw a solid punch, and listening to lots of music.

But I’m not going to write about myself on this website, so what should you expect? Every Saturday I’m going to publish an article about something that sparked my interest that week. To give you an idea of what I’ll be writing, here are a few of the prompts I’ve been writing down as ideas: A Modern Take on Modern Art - Rioting vs Protesting - Is everything a Social Construct? These are just a few of my ideas and I can’t wait to share more of my brain with you all. I hope that through reading my work, you can put on a different set of glasses and see a way of thinking that maybe you haven’t thought of.
